Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with clients to design and deliver future-ready workplace solutions that drive business growth, resilience, and employee experience.
  • •Collaborate with account teams to shape, sell, and coordinate delivery of strategic workplace transformation programs.
  • •Develop and maintain pragmatic workplace roadmaps to maximize the value of Microsoft investments.
  • •Lead creation of modern workplace architectures grounded in Zero Trust, cloud-first principles, and intelligent automation.
  • •Support sales by crafting proposals, delivering client presentations, and responding to RFPs while advising senior client stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience architecting and supporting modern workplace solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
  • •Strong Microsoft 365 adoption, governance, and security background, including Teams, SharePoint, Viva, and compliance frameworks.
  • •Experience leading enterprise digital workplace transformation programs ($1M+), delivering measurable outcomes in productivity, security, and user experience.
  • •End-to-end solution design expertise, including enterprise architecture, integration, automation, and cloud-native services.
  • •Practical experience using AI-driven workplace tools such as Copilot, Power Platform, and Cognitive Services; knowledge of Zero Trust principles (identity, conditional access, device security, DLP, threat protection).
