  • •Coordinate HVAC systems with other disciplines; perform construction inspection/observation and generate detailed reports.
  • •Review and revise engineering standards; participate in proposal development, project planning, and staffing; develop system narratives and technical documentation.
  • •Use AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit to coordinate mechanical systems with Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical Engineers, Architects, and other design professionals.
  • •Review and edit technical specifications for code compliance; lead quality control of design calculations/drawings; provide input on budgets/schedules; manage projects through commissioning; mentor junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related) plus 6 years of relevant experience in mechanical building systems design (or demonstrated equivalency).
