Associate Director, BCO

Shape credit decisions for Corporate & Institutional Banking relationships as an Associate Director within HSBC’s Business Credit Office. Partnering with Coverage, Transaction Support, and Risk, you’ll lead end-to-end credit processes, embed first-line-of-defence risk management, and manage underwriting and lending outcomes. Drive a globally consistent credit operating model, improve productivity and client experience through digital/process improvements, and oversee team talent, performance, and succession.
