Key Responsibilities

  • •Support technical accounting processes to ensure accurate, IFRS-compliant reporting (e.g., lease accounting, share-based payments, financial instruments, associates).
  • •Assist with group consolidation across multiple entities, currencies, and jurisdictions to produce accurate group-level reporting.
  • •Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance reporting processes, including automation, to improve efficiency and control.
  • •Ensure adherence to WPP accounting policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements to maintain strong controls and reporting integrity.
  • •Provide cross-functional Group Finance support, including operational and administrative tasks as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Chartered accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) essential.
  • •6+ years of accounting experience, including Big Four client-facing experience.
  • •Strong IFRS knowledge for intercompany transactions and consolidation.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas) and preferred ERP experience (SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
