Key Responsibilities

  • •Support QMS standards of AS9100 and handle product and process quality inspection while monitoring quality performance.
  • •Provide monthly reports to management on quality performance metrics.
  • •Establish and maintain company quality procedures, standards, and specifications, and recommend improvements based on measured performance.
  • •Train and manage a team of quality control professionals (Stamp Control) and look for ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
  • •Handle customer, supplier, and internal nonconformance, and drive APQP, PPAP, and PFMEA activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Around 5–6 years in quality, driving quality initiatives for the organization.
  • •Experience with AS9100 quality standards and prior experience with aerospace manufacturers.
  • •Good knowledge of processes and quality procedures, including inspection methods and aerospace manufacturing experience.
  • •Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and quality control tools.
  • •Knowledge of J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620, and Nadcap requirements in Chemical Processing (Painting).
