  • •Own post-closing domain expertise from funding through downstream readiness.
  • •Define controls and checks for whether a funded loan is complete and ready for the next stage.
  • •Translate deficiency patterns, collateral requirements, document rules, and post-close judgment into product requirements and operating rules.
  • •Build human-review queues, SLAs, and escalation paths for true exceptions.
  • •Establish KPIs for deficiencies, defects, cure time, manual touches, completeness, and automated workflow coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant mortgage post-closing leadership experience at a scaled lender.
  • •Strong preference for wholesale mortgage experience.
  • •Experience handling substantial monthly funded-loan volume.
