Job Summary

Support service product sales by coordinating internal review meetings, handling Sofon product quotation-related follow-ups, and partnering with Sales, RA, and Legal to drive issue resolution. Assist with partner business reviews and record preparation, manage special pricing request workflows with PM, Controller, and Sales, and help compile and coordinate tender/bid materials. Provide additional business operations support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in organizing internal review meetings, including pre-meeting communication and preparing/distributing meeting minutes.
•Coordinate and follow up on Sofon product quotation-related activities.
•Liaise with Sales, RA, and Legal teams to drive project communication and resolve issues.
•Support partner periodic business reviews and related record preparation.
•Follow special price application process, coordinating PM, Controller, and Sales teams to confirm方案 and pricing, and assist with tender/bid document preparation and cross-team coordination.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above; biomedical engineering preferred.
•Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
•Detail-oriented and responsible; able to handle multiple tasks.
•Proficient with Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
•Preferred: experience in sales support, business operations, project coordination, or medical device industry; 6-month internship with at least 3 days per week.
