Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate schematics into DRAM layout used for fabrication reticules and meet engineering/process criteria for assigned DRAM products.
  • •Design and develop IP layouts for DRAM chips and perform layout verification such as LVS/DRC/EM with quality checks and documentation.
  • •Deliver on-time block-level layouts with acceptable quality and contribute to effective project management.
  • •Plan and detail layout work (area/time estimation, scheduling, delegation) to execute against project timelines.
  • •Collaborate with global engineering teams to apply multiple layout techniques and support successful layout projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in IP layout design for advanced CMOS processes.
  • •Ability to perform IP layout development and physical verification for complex designs per specifications.
  • •Expertise in layout area/routing optimization and understanding design rules, yield, and reliability issues.
  • •Good understanding of layout fundamentals (e.g., electromigration, latch-up, crosstalk, IR-drop, parasitic analysis) and collaboration with circuit designers/CAD teams.
