Key Responsibilities

  • •Own month-end close, including journal entries, flux analysis, and balance sheet and cash reconciliations under US GAAP
  • •Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and supporting schedules for management and investor reporting
  • •Run corporate accounting across areas like prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, leases, stock-based compensation, and payroll, including support for revenue and deferred revenue entries
  • •Own AR, AP, and T&E day to day by reviewing and approving vendor bills, expense reimbursements, and cash receipts
  • •Support external audits (including PBC preparation) and maintain internal controls and process documentation; support ERP implementation from data migration through post-go-live

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive accounting experience (2–3 years in industry corporate accounting) with the full close cycle under US GAAP
  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • •Experience preparing financial statements for management and investor reporting and supporting external audits (including PBC preparation)
  • •High proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or a similar ERP
  • •CPA or CPA-eligible; ASC 842 lease accounting and exposure to SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606) are preferred
