  • •Own quality across every Harver platform: set strategy, define quality targets per platform, and maintain an improvement plan.
  • •Lead and grow the QA function by managing, coaching, and directing QA Engineers responsible for each platform.
  • •Shift quality left by bringing QA into discovery to shape quality risks, edge cases, and acceptance expectations early.
  • •Own acceptance criteria and test contracts, ensuring stories have testable criteria, risk tiers, and non-functional requirements defined up front.
  • •Own and evolve test automation architecture and tooling, and drive production health by reviewing signals, monitoring NFR compliance, and leading quality-led incident response.
