Job Summary

Own the Public Sector & Healthcare lifecycle—driving strategy, planning, execution, and results with government and healthcare institutions. Build strong account relationships by onboarding customers and providing strategic sales support for cross-functional deployments of Canva. Use insight into the Canva user lifecycle and data analysis to identify trends, retain and increase engagement, and refine the transformation strategy in partnership with a Customer Success Manager.

•Own strategy, planning, execution, and results across the Public Sector & Healthcare lifecycle with a Customer Success Manager to drive MAU growth.
•Onboard accounts and provide strategic sales support to ensure successful Canva deployments across multiple departments.
•Run a healthy, predictable Public Sector & Healthcare business delivering a jointly agreed customer transformation strategy.
•Build close relationships with Public Sector & Healthcare users to understand what they need to become successful Canva users.
•Use data analysis to identify trends and usage patterns, continuously test and iterate to drive retention and engagement.

Key Requirements

•3+ years as an Enterprise Account Executive with a track record of closing complex deals and driving revenue growth within large organizations.

•Ability to collaborate effectively with your direct team and cross-functional partners.
•Experience supporting institution-wide rollouts of new technologies for government and/or healthcare organizations.
•Strong communication and business planning skills, including presenting clearly and delivering high-impact projects from planning through implementation.
