Key Responsibilities

  • •Support financial planning and budget tracking, including preparing budget tracking sheets and summaries and maintaining committed vs actual spend records.
  • •Assist in vendor delivery monitoring by tracking vendor milestones and deliverables, compiling performance and SLA adherence data, and maintaining records for reviews.
  • •Support financial reporting and analysis by preparing periodic financial dashboards, consolidating internal reporting data, and helping prepare leadership presentations.
  • •Maintain vendor governance documentation by tracking vendor engagement and delivery status and organizing materials for governance meetings.
  • •Coordinate onboarding needs related to TIDES consultants and technology solutions as part of operational support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Information System, MIS, Economics or Statistics.
  • •Strong analytical skills with high accuracy, discretion, and problem-solving capability.
  • •Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • •Strong verbal and written communications skills (English & Arabic).
  • •Ability to manage deadlines and support internal collaboration through positive relationships and negotiation.
