Job Summary

Create complex engineering drawings, 3D models, and engineering layouts for turbine component product definitions using CAD in CATIA V5/V6. Provide technical support during the detail design and development phase, ensuring drawings, 3D files, and documents meet established rules and guidelines. Apply strong mechanical drafting knowledge, engineering mathematics, geometric tolerancing, manufacturing methods, physics, and strength-of-materials concepts under moderate supervision.

Key Responsibilities

•Generate complex engineering drawings, 3D models, and layouts using CAD in CATIA V5/V6.
•Provide technical assistance throughout the detail design and development phase.
•Ensure drawings, 3D files, and documents meet established rules and guidelines.
•Apply extensive knowledge of mechanical drafting, engineering math, geometric tolerancing, manufacturing methods, physics, and strength of materials.
•Assist with orienting, training, assigning, and checking the work of other employees periodically.

Key Requirements

•College diploma / Associates degree in Engineering Technology.
•Experience using CATIA V5/V6 (2D and 3D) or similar tools.
•Field of study in drafting, mechanical engineering, or mechanical manufacturing.
•General knowledge of construction and function of gas turbine engines.
•Good English skills (written and oral), plus demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
