Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design and delivery of cloud-native, high-performance data pipelines and microservices.
  • •Build and support solutions using the specified Java, database, streaming, and front-end technologies.
  • •Drive GCP-based engineering across Dataflow, BigQuery/ClickHouse, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage/GCS, Composer, Airflow, GKE and Python.
  • •Own live production applications, modernise legacy stacks, and partner cross-functionally to deliver features and enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •18+ years in development engineering, with strong experience in ETL and data pipeline delivery.
  • •Degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or similar) and relevant industry certifications are a plus.
  • •Hands-on leadership with Java and SQL, plus front-end exposure to React and TypeScript.
  • •Experience building and supporting data engineering solutions using ETL, microservices, and production applications.
  • •Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex data and application issues, with proactive risk/issue reporting.
