Job Summary

Drive ElevenLabs’ growth across Denmark’s largest enterprises, with a focus on Telecom, Infrastructure, and Public Sector. You’ll build and manage a strategic accounts portfolio, identify new opportunities for conversational AI (including ElevenAgents), and lead consultative multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to support onboarding and expansion, while advising C-suite leaders on generative AI, voice interfaces, and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Denmark, focused on Telecom, Infrastructure & Public Sector, to meet revenue goals.
•Identify new business opportunities for conversational AI capabilities, including contact center automation and operational efficiency use cases.
•Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build business cases translating AI voice into measurable value.
•Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs’ presence within Danish telecom, infrastructure, and public sector, including navigating procurement and public tenders.
•Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering to support onboarding, deployment, and account expansion, and advise clients at the C-suite level.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI/generative AI/LLM-based or API-driven platforms.
•Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
•Strong network and executive-level relationship-building within Denmark’s telecom, infrastructure, and public sector landscape.
•Ability to sell technical solutions to product and engineering leaders and translate technology into business value.
•Native or full professional proficiency in Danish, with strong English; deep understanding of enterprise/public sector procurement and tender/RFP processes in Denmark.
