Retail Sales Associate (Part Time, 12hrs)

Drive and promote sales culture in-store to achieve sales, KPI, and profitability goals. Deliver high standards of customer service, assist customers with product selection, and resolve conflicts. Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, pre-sale product preparation, inventory counts, and stock availability. Maintain visual merchandising standards, prepare and analyze sales reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
