Key Responsibilities

  • •Fabricate and erect assigned tasks using metals including stainless steel, galvanized, and black iron.
  • •Set up and operate welding and fabricating equipment to perform work from blueprints, sketches, or verbal orders.

  • •Welding capability using TIG, ARC, and MIG welding and the ability to weld in multiple positions (flat, vertical, horizontal, overhead).
  • •Able to safely operate hand power tools and shop equipment (e.g., metal shear, metal brake, drill press, metal lathe, plasma cutter, oxy acetylene torch).
