Job Summary

Lead the operational delivery of customer loyalty offers for John Lewis, owning end-to-end offer processes from offer pool and targeting through launch and BAU. Manage in-year plans and a personalised offers budget, optimize redemption and participation, and drive QA for offer terms, fulfilment, and live issues. Partner with loyalty product/platform and commercial planning teams, guiding matrix and direct teams through CRM/loyalty transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Work closely with loyalty proposition, loyalty commercial & planning, and pan partnership loyalty teams to shape the offers programme for customers.
•Lead operational delivery of all loyalty offers (new and existing) for John Lewis.
•Own in-year plans for offers within a given budget, supporting longer-term offer strategy and new capability delivery.
•Ensure operational processes for new offers or changes are identified, created, launched, and operated in BAU.
•Own the end-to-end offers process, including defining offer pool, customer targeting/allocation criteria, and leading QA, terms & conditions, fulfilment (where required), and live issue resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 55,500 - 88,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in loyalty offers or Customer Relationship Management (CRM), with strong knowledge of data & targeting and offer operations.
•Significant experience managing direct and matrix teams and working collaboratively.
•Experience leading transformation in the CRM/Loyalty space.
•Strong experience in a customer data environment and managing technology programmes in CRM/Loyalty, with a view on process efficiency and optimisation.
•Ability to work confidently in a high-pressure environment with high accountability, including experience managing budgets and resources within an offers programme.
