Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the rayon/axe (Parfum, Soin, Maquillage, Caisse, Exploitation), organize and plan the activity of the team and drive growth in line with the commercial development plan.
  • •Motivate your team of sales advisors to achieve common objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • •Develop product and Sephora service knowledge and transfer learnings to the team to meet commercial challenges of your rayon and store.
  • •Support the development of employability in management and sales within the luxury cosmetics universe and drive excellence in store operations.
  • •Represent Sephora’s values and foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture to create memorable customer experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma of BAC+2 and willingness to obtain the EMA SUP Manager certification (RNCP level II) through a professional contract
  • •Interest in cosmetics and perfumes and willingness to learn Sephora’s product knowledge
  • •Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills with a drive to achieve sales targets
  • •Results-oriented mindset with focus on customer satisfaction and team motivation to meet commercial objectives
  • •Available to work in a store-based alternance program (professional contract)
