Key Responsibilities

  • •Own account identity by building and improving entity-resolution pipelines with domain/firmographic matching, confidence scoring, and merge/dedupe processes.
  • •Model account hierarchy to connect accounts to parent, top operating parent, and ultimate corporate parent.
  • •Build account sourcing pipelines to create ranked, deduplicated, CRM-ready lists and push them into Salesforce with correct ownership and metadata.
  • •Build contact sourcing and enrichment pipelines with privacy/consent-aware verification and delivery to sales/marketing tools.
  • •Make data usable for GTM by developing well-tested dbt models in Snowflake, orchestrating in Airflow, syncing to Salesforce/Marketo/Clay, and ensuring quality with tests, alerts, and reconciliation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with the modern data stack, including dbt, a cloud warehouse (Snowflake), and DAG orchestration (Airflow).
  • •Hands-on production experience building with LLMs, including prompt design/evaluation, tool/function calling, and web search/crawling with cost/latency controls.
  • •Experience with entity resolution, identity, or deduplication systems, including precision/recall trade-offs for merge accuracy.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating with SaaS APIs and business systems, especially Salesforce (reading and writing).
  • •Strong communication skills and a growth mindset for collaborating with GTM teams and explaining changes to both engineers and business leaders.
