Own and manage PxGeo’s corporate brand identity and ensure consistent application of brand standards across all touchpoints. Coordinate and oversee production of branded marketing and communications materials—managing timelines, approvals, deliverables, and quality control. Serve as primary production support for campaigns, launches, digital platforms, and website brand implementation. Maintain a centralized brand asset library and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and maintain the PxGeo corporate brand identity and ensure consistent application of brand standards and visual guidelines across touchpoints and communications.
•Manage and develop a centralized library of brand assets, templates, media, creative resources, and production files.
•Coordinate and oversee production of branded materials and projects, including timelines, approvals, deliverables, and quality control.
•Ensure compliance with brand specifications, standards, and visual consistency prior to publication or production.
•Produce and/or organize physical and digital assets for corporate communications, campaigns, launches, and digital platforms (including website brand implementation).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Design, or a related field.
•3–5 years of experience in a production, marketing operations, or creative services role.
•Working knowledge of production/creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, project management platforms, CMS, or DAM systems.
•Exposure to Microsoft Suite applications.
•Strong production, project coordination, and quality assurance with excellent attention to detail.
