Job Summary

Deliver a friendly, guest-focused experience at Avani Adelaide Residences by handling efficient check-ins/check-outs and assisting across Front Office and Food & Beverage. Support café/bar and in-room dining, provide local recommendations, manage guest requests and feedback, and keep F&B areas clean and ready. Work a rotating Monday–Sunday roster with immediate start availability, coordinating with housekeeping to meet guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Welcome guests on arrival and handle efficient check-ins and check-outs.
•Assist with food and beverage service in the café, bar, or through in-room dining.

•Deliver orders, clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and set up/pack down breakfast or function areas as needed.
•Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and process payments accurately while maintaining guest records.

•Be available across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
