Research Scientist, Life Sciences (Computational)

Build and maintain computational analysis pipelines for sequence analysis, structural bioinformatics, phylogenetics, functional screen design, and biological sequence modeling. Partner with experimental biologists to design experiments and rapidly iterate from high-quality data to actionable results. Generate and prioritize hypotheses using curated biological knowledge and primary data, while standing up computational infrastructure. Use Claude and internal agent frameworks to inform model improvements and products.
