Sales & Service Manager - Promenade at Westlake

Lead the Sales & Service team in-store to deliver an exceptional guest experience while driving business targets. Partner with the General Manager to root-cause sales opportunities, execute the store’s sales strategy, manage budgets and reporting metrics, and maintain strong client relationships daily. Provide coaching and development for team members, ensure effective sales floor coverage, and represent the business in meetings and conference calls.
