Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and pilot the Omnicanale IT roadmap (annual and multi-year) aligned with business strategy, group priorities and budgets
  • •Structure, prioritise and secure the project portfolio within a value, capacity and risk management framework
  • •Lead cross-functional governance (portfolio reviews, trade-offs, DG/HDTI committees) and produce concise executive reporting
  • •Ensure coherence between strategic vision, portfolio trade-offs and operational planning (SAFe/PI Planning framework)
  • •Strengthen and harmonise governance processes, methods and tools to increase maturity and collective performance

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including management of portfolios and/or strategic programs with high stakes
  • •Experience in complex, international environments and transformation contexts
  • •Ability to interact with C-level stakeholders and business/IT directions with strong executive exposure
  • •Strong governance of portfolio and projects: value management, demand management, prioritization, capacity planning, risk management and budget trade-offs
  • •Solid agile experience (SAFe or equivalent) and understanding of hybrid delivery models (waterfall + agile at scale)
