Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement material management strategies, policies, and procedures to comply with regulations.
  • •Lead and develop the warehouse team, including hiring, training, guidance, and performance feedback, plus hazardous-material training/qualification ownership.
  • •Implement end-to-end inventory controls (FIFO adherence, variances, cycle time optimization, scrap/obsolescence management, cycle/physical counting, and audits) to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts/overstocking.
  • •Own energetics and hazardous-material storage and tracking programs across site buildings, including magazine/igloo storage, segregation rules, NEW tracking, and Q-D compliance.
  • •Use ERP/WMS to track inventory (lot, expiration, hazard attributes), support demand forecasting and procurement planning, coordinate inter-building material movement, and support compliance audits and safety requirements.

Salary: USD 66,000 - 88,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in material management, inventory control, or supply chain roles in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
  • •1+ years of experience managing lead(s) of supervisors, associates, or technicians.
  • •Be onsite in McHenry, MS, or willing to relocate to the surrounding area.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain the site’s medical, respirator, and explosives-handling qualifications. (DOT hazmat awareness/function-specific training within first 90 days or ability to complete it).
