Key Responsibilities

•Act as a talent consultant to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
•Own the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across LATAM and the U.S., delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
•Advise on localized market trends, salary benchmarking, and interview structures to reduce bias.
•Use AI tools to automate administrative recruiting tasks (scheduling, screening, initial sourcing) and improve efficiency.
•Maintain data integrity in Ashby and Workday to ensure accurate reporting and smooth operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MXN 525,000 - 600,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or broader Technology sectors.

•Proficiency with Ashby and/or Workday (preferred) and comfort maintaining hiring workflows.
•Early adopter of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline sourcing and screening.
