Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop a customer portfolio within a country or subregion.
•Achieve KPI targets (revenue, margin, account planning, sales of new products and personal targets) in line with regional marketing goals and the central commercial guidelines.
•Identify and develop new opportunities in close collaboration with the country/regional sales manager.
•Prepare and implement customer action plans for existing and new accounts, including setting objectives for key accounts and optimizing portfolio profitability.
•Lead contract negotiations, support closing deals and manage the full order-to-cash process.
•Collect, analyze and systematically share customer and competitor insights within the organization, coordinate customer issues and ensure compliance with DSM/DNP policies.

Key Requirements

•Master's degree or equivalent experience in a scientific/technical or business field
•Minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience
•Understanding of the agri-sector and agricultural markets, with knowledge of products/applications
•Knowledge and experience in other relevant disciplines
•Balanced mix of commercial and technical knowledge, skills, and experience
