  • •Act as a strategic partner to Games and VFX studio leadership and cross-functional teams, aligning technology support roadmaps with studio goals.
  • •Define and execute a technology operations strategy using automation and proactive, technology-first support models.
  • •Oversee daily operations of the TSOS team, optimizing workflows, automating troubleshooting, and using real-time analytics to improve support.
  • •Implement technical support best practices for issue resolution and incident management to minimize disruption to studios.
  • •Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues, develop training for internal teams and external partners, and drive root-cause analysis and proactive fixes.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years managing technical operations or technology support in Games, VFX, animation, or similar environments, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • •Deep understanding of Games and/or VFX pipelines, real-time rendering, and DCC/engine tools such as Maya, Nuke, Unreal Engine, and Unity.
  • •Strong knowledge of studio network architecture, high-performance storage, and cloud-based Games/VFX production environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with Games/VFX tools, pipelines, and automation, plus remote/virtualized workstation technologies (Teradici, Parsec, Citrix, VDI).
  • •Proficiency with ITSM tools including JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and Zendesk, and experience driving metrics-based decision-making.
