Job Summary

Support the Digital Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) tower by designing, developing, enhancing, and implementing enterprise MES solutions and integrations for internal operations customers. Troubleshoot software application issues, resolve systems integration and compatibility problems, and author technical specifications and test plans. Work across the software development lifecycle with DevOps solution management, manage suppliers/partners, support MES production and end users, and help deliver MES roadmaps including IIoT and Industry 4.0.

Key Responsibilities

•Bridge gaps between business processes and MES functionality and capabilities.
•Translate customer requirements into solution design, and provide technical problem solving.
•Author system functional requirements, technical design documentation, and test plans.
•Engage with DevOps solution management and manage tasks with follow-up to meet budget, deliverable, and schedule targets.
•Support MES production and end-user needs, integrations with other enterprise solutions, and supplier/partner coordination for implementation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience in a related field (or an advanced degree with 3+ years).
•Understand/interprete Java.
•SQL product technical skills.
•GitHub and JIRA (DevOps) management technical skills.
•Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, plus U.S. citizenship requirement.
