Job Summary

Experienced Senior Project Manager leading large-scale interior fit-out programmes for blue-chip clients, spanning feasibility, design, procurement, delivery and handover. You will oversee governance, commercial management, and multidisciplinary teams, maintain senior client relationships, and ensure delivery within time, budget and safety requirements across UK and international projects.

•Lead the delivery of multiple complex fit-out projects or programmes, ensuring alignment with client strategic objectives and organisational priorities.
•Oversee all project phases, including feasibility, design, procurement, delivery, and handover.
•Demonstrate strong client-facing leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term relationships.
•Drive robust project governance, including cost management, scheduling, risk and issue management, and quality assurance.
•Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams (QS, MEP, Architecture, Sustainability, Contractors).

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in fit-out or construction project management with leadership on complex, high-value projects.

•Proven track record managing multiple stakeholders at senior levels.
•Strong understanding of JCT and/or NEC contract administration (accreditation advantageous).
