Production Supervisor

Own shift-level execution of the production schedule for an assigned line or area, ensuring safety, quality, and daily output targets. Lead and coach Team Leads, monitor performance metrics like scrap and downtime, and resolve real-time issues on the floor. Enforce safety procedures, partner with quality on defects and non-conformances, manage staffing and attendance, and maintain ISO 9001 compliance while communicating clear shift handoffs.
