Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of solutions engineers, evolving culture from reactive ticket resolution to proactive partner architecture.
  • •Design and maintain AI-driven tools, automated deflection workflows, and self-serve technical documentation to eliminate repetitive low-tier queries.
  • •Own partner technical health, monitoring revenue performance, deployment success, and technical SLAs across partner accounts.
  • •Lead hands-on forward-deployed engineering for high-value Brazilian clients, including complex integrations, architectural reviews, and troubleshooting in Portuguese.
  • •Build custom solutions by working with JavaScript, APIs, network requests, and ad server configurations, and feed recurring partner pain points into product and architectural improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software/solutions engineering experience, with 1–2+ years in a technical lead, team lead, or engineering manager capacity.
  • •Practical experience building/configuring workflow automation, LLM API integrations, or automated knowledge loops for technical operations.
  • •Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) and fluent English to collaborate with global teams and lead Brazilian client accounts.
  • •Strong front-end web skills including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and HTTP protocol fundamentals, plus Chrome DevTools debugging.
  • •Hands-on ad-tech experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, header bidding, or SDK integrations (highly preferred).
