Key Responsibilities

•Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of solutions engineers, evolving culture from reactive ticket resolution to proactive partner architecture.
•Design and maintain AI-driven tools, automated deflection workflows, and self-serve technical documentation to eliminate repetitive low-tier queries.
•Own partner technical health, monitoring revenue performance, deployment success, and technical SLAs across partner accounts.
•Lead hands-on forward-deployed engineering for high-value Brazilian clients, including complex integrations, architectural reviews, and troubleshooting in Portuguese.
•Build custom solutions by working with JavaScript, APIs, network requests, and ad server configurations, and feed recurring partner pain points into product and architectural improvements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software/solutions engineering experience, with 1–2+ years in a technical lead, team lead, or engineering manager capacity.
•Practical experience building/configuring workflow automation, LLM API integrations, or automated knowledge loops for technical operations.
•Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) and fluent English to collaborate with global teams and lead Brazilian client accounts.
•Strong front-end web skills including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and HTTP protocol fundamentals, plus Chrome DevTools debugging.
•Hands-on ad-tech experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, header bidding, or SDK integrations (highly preferred).
