Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet sales and service goals by profiling customers, building relationships, using sales and customer service software, and participating in sales campaigns.
  • •Open, close, and maintain customer accounts according to established policies and procedures.
  • •Advise customers on Old Second products and services; begin learning more complicated retail products including IRAs and loans.
  • •Provide teller cross-training support for basic transactions such as cashing checks, processing deposits/withdrawals, and balancing the drawer.
  • •Maintain operational accuracy and compliance with internal and legislated regulations, including completion of annual training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.1 - 22.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and one year of related experience in banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming the role and meet bank training requirements.
  • •Must work onsite to perform the role’s responsibilities.
  • •Ability to provide excellent customer service and professional communication.
  • •Basic understanding of banking, check processing, credits and debits.
