  • •Lead and manage end-to-end legal operations for real estate and banking clients across India.
  • •Oversee property documentation, title due diligence, registrations, compliance, and dispute resolution matters.

  • •Develop and implement SOPs for legal, operational, and compliance processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum & mandatory 10 years of Corporate Legal experience in Banking or Real Estate sectors.
  • •LLB (mandatory); LLM or additional qualifications in Real Estate Law preferred.
  • •Read and Write in any one of Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati, Oriya, Telugu, along with Hindi and English
  • •Strong knowledge of real estate laws, property documentation, RERA, and banking-related legal processes
  • •Willingness to travel pan-India frequently
