Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute services and provide technical support, including maintenance, installations, repairs, condition assessments, and basic troubleshooting at customer sites.
  • •Investigate and resolve technical problems on products, modules, and systems using deep product knowledge.
  • •Train customers or other field service engineers on basic product features and supervise other engineers or external service providers on basic jobs.
  • •Prepare for assigned service jobs, write service reports, obtain customer signatures, and update service execution IT systems.
  • •Report unsafe practices/safety incidents, capture installed base data and sales leads, and provide proactive recommendations for the service portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •Min. qualification: engineering graduate or diploma.
  • •5–7 years of experience in service, manufacturing, EPC, or engineering sectors.
  • •Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, including ability to read technical drawings/schematics.
