Key Responsibilities

•Direct the performance of ongoing Design Build water and wastewater projects and lead development and capture of upcoming design build pursuits
•Oversee multi-discipline design through internal design centers and manage procurement of equipment and subcontractors, scheduling, and constructability reviews
•Monitor job cost reporting, budget control, and EAC analysis; ensure strong commercial and contract management
•Coordinate with diverse teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, including interfacing with regulatory agencies as needed
•Support business development efforts and win analyses for future DB projects

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical Engineering or related field; and 10+ years of relevant experience
•Valid Driver's license for employment; subject to motor vehicle records review
•20+ years’ experience delivering engineering and construction projects in water/wastewater using design-build, lump-sum design-build, or CMAR (preferred)
•Strong project management experience with ability to manage a diverse team; negotiate, influence and manage risk
•DBIA certificate preferred but not required; P.E. license preferred; experience with regulatory agencies and managing both engineering and construction subcontractors
