Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct the performance of ongoing Design Build water and wastewater projects and lead development and capture of upcoming design build pursuits
  • •Oversee multi-discipline design through internal design centers and manage procurement of equipment and subcontractors, scheduling, and constructability reviews
  • •Monitor job cost reporting, budget control, and EAC analysis; ensure strong commercial and contract management
  • •Coordinate with diverse teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, including interfacing with regulatory agencies as needed
  • •Support business development efforts and win analyses for future DB projects

Salary: USD 160,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical Engineering or related field; and 10+ years of relevant experience
  • •Valid Driver's license for employment; subject to motor vehicle records review
  • •20+ years’ experience delivering engineering and construction projects in water/wastewater using design-build, lump-sum design-build, or CMAR (preferred)
  • •Strong project management experience with ability to manage a diverse team; negotiate, influence and manage risk
  • •DBIA certificate preferred but not required; P.E. license preferred; experience with regulatory agencies and managing both engineering and construction subcontractors
