Job Summary

Account Manager for Kyriba SaaS customers in the region, responsible for onboarding, driving platform adoption, upselling additional modules, ensuring high retention and renewal rates, and managing the book of business from contract to renewal. You’ll coordinate with sales, presales, and implementation partners, participate in steering meetings, and develop customer references while ensuring overall customer success.

Key Responsibilities

•Onboarding customers, set up handover calls between Kyriba sales, presales, and the implementation partner, create a project tracker, and act as Executive Sponsor for steering and important client meetings.
•Upsell and cross-sell to expand footprint, define whitespace, and engage cross-functional experts to book business.
•Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring utilization and driving adoption of all modules, with regular health checks and executive engagement.
•Provide first-line Customer Support, manage Kyriba SLA, and liaise with Kyriba support as needed.
•Maintain Reference Management by handling regional/global reference requests and building a regional use-case library.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or any other related field.
•7 to 10 years of relevant enterprise sales experience selling SaaS solutions in KSA
•Experience selling SaaS solutions and managing enterprise accounts
•Multilingual experience is a plus
•Ability to maintain high retention and achieve renewals targets
