Key Responsibilities

  • •Prospect, maintain, and expand relationships with strategically important large customers in New Zealand while representing the full range of company products and services.
  • •Build business plans with partners/distributors that include marketing activities, training certifications, revenue targets, forecasting, and regularly reviewed metrics.
  • •Develop existing channel partners and create growth plans for named/strategic partners, including building pipeline using marketing development funds.
  • •Find and develop new high-quality partners selling Extreme products (wireless, networking, data centre, and cloud).
  • •Coordinate company personnel for solution development, order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and lead the account planning cycle (1- and 3-year mutual objectives, milestones, and financial targets).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5 years of commercial software, storage, or networking engineering experience.
  • •Prospect, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/segment.
  • •Create and manage a customer value plan, including account planning and forecasting for assigned markets.
  • •Work closely with partners/distributors to align on business plans, pipeline, and partner ecosystem growth.
