Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain internal policy knowledge bases and issue trackers.
  • •Monitor and evaluate federal, state, and local legislation for impact to Cloudflare products, and provide timely updates on policy shifts.
  • •Draft talking points, policy messaging, and presentation materials for external events, blog posts, and consultation responses.
  • •Collaborate with Legal, Trust & Safety, Public Sector Sales, and other teams on regulatory inquiries and high-stakes policy issues.
  • •Design AI-driven prototypes and leverage internal AI tools to synthesize policy data into actionable insights and streamline team workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, engineering, public policy, law, or a related field.
  • •Strong demonstrated interest in Internet and technology policy, cybersecurity, privacy, and artificial intelligence.
  • •Prior experience building and deploying AI tools and applications using modern developer workflows, including AI-augmented coding or natural language programming.
  • •Strong research, writing, and analytical skills to distill legislative and regulatory texts into clear business-friendly advice.
  • •Proficiency in English, both written and oral, with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
