Key Requirements

•5+ years experience as HR Business Partner
•Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing/ Supply chain and previous background in matrix organizations are preferred
•Strong bias for action, excellent project management skills, change management
•Strategic mindset and capability to translate insights into value adding actions for the business
•Stakeholder influence and coaching capabilities
