•Own quality for your area by taking accountability for testing outcomes and breaking down complex issues into manageable test strategies.
•Drive cross-team collaboration to evaluate options, align on quality risks, and support decision-making.
•Create clear documentation including test plans, test results, bug reports, and knowledge articles in tools like Confluence/Jira/Slack.
•Improve test execution by scoping work into milestones, prioritizing high-value coverage early, and avoiding scope creep.
•Troubleshoot effectively across software, hardware, networking, and environment factors; identify automation opportunities as applicable.

•Hands-on experience with Linux and Python, comfortable working from the command line and creating/debugging scripts.

•Exposure to C and C++ (reading code, recognizing common defects, and collaborating effectively with engineers).
•Troubleshooting mindset with diagnostic techniques (e.g., log analysis, reproduction isolation, configuration/environment validation), plus strong communication and documentation skills.
