Job Summary

Deliver an exceptional showroom experience by guiding walk-in and scheduled clients through investing in premium precious metals. You will present gold and silver bars, coins, and branded products; educate clients on purity, certification, provenance, and live pricing; manage high-value transactions; complete AML/KYC and documentation; and cross-sell secure storage and buyback services. You’ll also maintain showroom presentation and coordinate buyback requests with internal teams.

•Welcome and qualify showroom visitors, referrals, and appointments.
•Present investment-grade gold and silver bars, coins, and branded products while educating clients on purity, certification, provenance, and benefits.
•Explain live pricing, spreads, settlement procedures, and market movements.
•Handle high-value transactions, complete AML/KYC/source-of-funds documentation, and maintain invoices and records.
•Cross-sell secure storage and buyback services while maintaining showroom presentation and inventory security procedures.

Salary: AED 8,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•2–4 years’ experience in premium retail, luxury jewellery, bullion, luxury watches, or premium financial services.
•Experience handling high-value customer transactions.
•Knowledge of AML and KYC compliance procedures.

•Fluent English; Arabic and/or Hindi/Urdu is highly preferred.
