Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome and qualify showroom visitors, referrals, and appointments.
  • •Present investment-grade gold and silver bars, coins, and branded products while educating clients on purity, certification, provenance, and benefits.
  • •Explain live pricing, spreads, settlement procedures, and market movements.
  • •Handle high-value transactions, complete AML/KYC/source-of-funds documentation, and maintain invoices and records.
  • •Cross-sell secure storage and buyback services while maintaining showroom presentation and inventory security procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years’ experience in premium retail, luxury jewellery, bullion, luxury watches, or premium financial services.

  • •Excellent customer relationship and consultative selling skills.
  • •Fluent English; Arabic and/or Hindi/Urdu is highly preferred.
