Job Summary

Coordinate and monitor the performance of ASML EUV equipment at the customer site, ensuring targets are met by applying equipment performance methodologies. Manage data integrity, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with CS, WS PL, Central teams, and customers to drive improvements, implement patches/solutions, and communicate progress and ROI opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitors and analyzes machine performance indicators at the customer site using standard reporting tooling (AVATAR).
•Ensures technical and administrative documentation is completed clearly and timely; informs affected parties of progress/problems.
•Addresses and coordinates machine performance issues until targets are met.
•Monitors Availability/Reliability/XLD KPI with consolidated analysis to drive performance and engages site operations and customers.
•Reports machine performance to the Customer and Veldhoven, drives solution plans with Central, and coordinates with WS PL to implement improvements.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of engineering experience
•basic Windows tooling (Excel, PowerPoint)
•Power BI and Python development and creation
•insight/database knowledge
•good communication and stakeholder management skills
