Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Mac and Windows fleets end-to-end.
  • •Craft a frictionless device lifecycle from unboxing to disposition.
  • •Implement and manage security policies aligned with strict HIPAA standards.
  • •Manage endpoint vulnerability patching in line with committed SLAs.
  • •Develop endpoint monitoring, observability, and reporting; mentor colleagues and reduce IT support tickets and toil.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience building technically innovative systems and processes from the ground up.
  • •Strong engineering and programming skills to enable automation and custom solutions.
  • •Hands-on administration experience with MDMs and endpoint management across large fleets of corporate-owned devices.
  • •Experience implementing and/or migrating critical IT systems at scale.
