Job Summary

Lead and manage the finance team responsible for customer-service-related processes around business expense reporting, corporate cards, post-audit settlements, and expense accounting. Ensure quality and timeliness of operations through KPI monitoring, maintain procedures and documentation aligned with SOX requirements, and partner with local and global teams on process improvement and IT solutions. Drive team development and support daily operational problem-solving within a hybrid work setup.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the team handling processes for business expense settlements, corporate cards, post-audit reconciliations, and accounting of card expenses.
•Monitor process quality and timeliness and analyze team performance indicators.
•Develop and update procedures and documentation in line with applicable SOX requirements.
•Collaborate with local and global teams and participate in projects to improve processes and implement IT solutions.
•Manage, develop, and motivate the team, including training, day-to-day support, and fostering Customer Service culture and use of CORE.

Key Requirements

•Higher education (preferred: finance, economics, or related).
•At least 5 years of experience in finance, customer service, or business processes.
•Very good English proficiency (spoken and written) and strong knowledge of MS Office.
•Ability to manage a team (including in a matrix structure), organize work, and make decisions.
•Analytical thinking, effective communication, and ability to work under time pressure.
