Executive Compensation Lead

Lead executive and Director compensation materials for Truist’s Compensation and Human Capital Committee, including proxy statement disclosures and external reporting. Provide governance, analysis, and advisory support to design competitive, compliant executive compensation programs. Build compensation recommendations using pay-for-performance analyses and market benchmarking, partner with internal stakeholders and an independent compensation consultant, and support regulatory and risk management for director deferred compensation.
