Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and coordination of Compensation and Human Capital Committee materials.
  • •Prepare and review executive compensation content for proxy statement disclosures and other external reporting.
  • •Create compensation program recommendations using pay-for-performance analyses and market assessments.
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders to design, evaluate, and implement executive compensation programs (base salary, short- and long-term incentives, and perquisites).
  • •Administer Director compensation programs and manage the annual Director deferred compensation enrollment process with internal partners and external vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years of professional experience as an in-house compensation professional, or 5 years with a consulting firm.
  • •Strong knowledge of executive compensation program design across pay elements.
  • •Experience preparing proxy statement disclosures and Board materials.
  • •Project management experience.
