Job Summary

Provide preventative care and diagnostic services in patients’ homes as a Mobile Phlebotomist. Use mobile scheduling and HIPAA-secure messaging tools to coordinate visits, collect and label specimens, and manage drop-off to labs. Perform a range of low-acuity services including phlebotomy, vitals, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs. Work autonomously with strong professionalism, compassion, and patient-centered communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have supplies and PPE for the day’s patients.
•Use technology to access your schedule and commute to patient homes.
•Connect with patients, collect relevant information, and deliver services comfortably.
•Perform phlebotomy and other diagnostic/low-acuity services including vitals, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
•Label collected samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture.
•State required licensure and/or proof of training.
•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
•National certification for applicants in states without state-level licensure requirements.
•Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance; pass background and DMV checks.
