Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the multi-year cybersecurity & IT strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals, risk appetite, technology strategy, and growth plans.
  • •Own the operating rhythm: planning, budgeting, program tracking, KPI/SLA reporting, risk reviews, and executive communication.
  • •Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary leadership organization through managers and senior experts across security operations, GRC/compliance, IT operations engineering, and IT support.
  • •Steer enterprise cyber risk and trust using a GRC foundation; ensure material risks and remediation plans are visible and escalated when needed; support compliance efforts across ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, and NIS2.
  • •Enable secure products and resilient technology by integrating security requirements into product development and evolving product security and secure SDLC practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record building and scaling multi-domain security and/or IT organizations, including 12 to 15+ years in cybersecurity/IT leadership and at least 5 years leading managers and multi-team organizations.
  • •Operate as a strategic partner to CTO/VP Engineering/executive leadership, turning business strategy and risk appetite into a practical security & IT roadmap, investment plan, and operating model.
  • •Expertise across domains such as security operations, cyber risk & governance, compliance & assurance, security architecture, product security, cloud security, IT operations, or corporate technology.
  • •Lead through managers and senior experts with a focus on developing people, creating career paths, and building strong teams.
  • •Strong grasp of modern security concepts (cloud, SaaS, identity, endpoints, applications, data, infrastructure) and experience with security-by-design and secure software development lifecycle practices.
