Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and architect end-to-end technical solutions for customer deployments, including API integrations, authentication workflows, and AI-augmented content processes built on the Egnyte platform
  • •Lead the full technical implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through delivery, testing, post-deployment adoption, and documentation
  • •Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer engineering and IT stakeholders across integration, security, and platform design discussions
  • •Build and deliver custom integrations using Egnyte's public APIs, webhooks, and SDK, guiding customers to extend the platform via iPaaS connectors and automation workflows
  • •Design and implement AI-augmented workflows leveraging Egnyte's AI capabilities with third-party LLM services to extract value from content through automation

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of technical experience, with at least 2 years in a direct customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Integration Delivery
  • •prior experience implementing or supporting enterprise SaaS applications in a technical capacity
  • •demonstrated ability to engage and communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
  • •experience with pre-sales activities including scoping, POC design, and platform demonstrations
  • •strong software programming skills covering REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and modern authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML/SSO, SCIM 2.0)
